This world is the outcome of the actions performed by the humankind, the actions we perform directly affect our surrounding. Karma is one of the most commonly used under rated word now a days. We all speak of it but fail to realize the importance it carries in one’s life. so many times it has been quoted in ancient scriptures but still none actually understands it’s true significance. we have been following different faiths blindly without realizing that they all revolve around one simple theory of karma that ” as you sow so shall you reap.”
We are so much destiny driven that real meaning of karma has lost its sheen to it. Destinies are not made in haven it is made by the amount of effort we put towards a particular direction. the responsibility of one’s condition solely lies with that particular person, no one else is responsible for the condition that he is into. Be it good or bad it’s the outcome of that particular person’s actions. It’s the efforts of a man that sails him through the tough times and it’s the realization of the truth that keeps his feet grounded during good times. It doesn’t matter in which clan you have born or what bloodline you carry what actually makes the difference is what actions you perform and how well you stand by those. There’s no right and wrong there’s only perspectives but the actions performed for common good more sort of remain same irrespective of the era you are born into. It’s are choices more than our abilities which shows who we really are. Destiny is the exact outcome of the deeds that one do during his journey and the choices he makes.
This monotonous life which we often curse and feel sorry about is actually the only thing we own. The day you are able to see the bigger picture and direct your action for greater good the whole scenario changes. The day you realize that you have been born to deliver something unique to this world and your reason for existence here is different from rest of the world the whole story will change. Happiness and sorrow exists just for a moment of time but the actions performed at the spur of that moment has its rippling effects on the timeline. As rightly said in the geeta:
यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन । कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते।।
(Who soever, controlling the senses by the mind, O Arjuna, engages himself in Karma Yoga with the organs of action, without attachment, he excels!)
What ever we do comes back to us, it’s not about how long one lived it’s about doing what has to be done. Realization of this simple fact that we are born to do something that only we can do will change the world into a better place. It’s our choices which makes who we actually are, so choose wisely and act accordingly.
