When I walk on the road in a starry night,
Still there’s a darkness which lie hidden inside.
That shinning smile I still carry in my heart,
It still feels the same though it has been years since we are apart.
The chill of the wind shakes thy spine,
The memories are still afresh when you were all mine.
That shore still holds those immortal footprints,
Those moments of love went by in a blink.
I still miss those fingers entangled in thy hair strands,
Those eyes with oceanic depth and no end.
How can I forget thy majestic kiss,
which sucked all sorrows and gave thy sensual bliss.
The life has spun like the roulette wheel,
We still carry those wounds which will perhaps never heal.
We often walk thy forsaken ground,
But how hard you try doesn’t matter as it’s never going to come around.
Nobody knows but its the writer’s curse,
The words he pen down will never come out of those verse.
In the world of thought he might get the queen,
But in the real world he would just never win.
When I walk on the road in a starry night.
